What to Look For When Choosing a Mouth Piece to Stop Snoring
We currently find ourselves with quite a delicate subject when talking about snoring. Nobody likes somebody that snores at night and stops you from sleeping and the one that snores is also affected as he/she always needs to move to another room in order for family members (usually the spouse) to be able to sleep. Why is there skin peeling in the inside of my mouth?
I’ve noticed that every so often, I get skin inside my mouth which is peeling away. Sometimes, if I run my finger under my lip and in other areas of my mouth, I find that I get white gooey bits of skin which come off the inside of my mouth. What could be causing this and how can it be treated/ prevented? I do not smoke.
