What short activity should you include in a speech?
Well, tomorrow, i am doing a speech and part of it is about teamwork. The kids I’m talking to are 3rd graders and so i need a activity to keep them interested in my speech. The activity can only take about like 1 minute or less. And the activity has to be about teamwork….any ideas?
The attention span of a third grader is short. Also, kids that age love silliness. I would recommend a prat fall. When you walk up to the front of the class, trip and fall down. Then half way through your speech, pick up your water glass and pretend to throw it on the kids. The glass should be filled with confetti. Then, you can fill the now empty glass with water and take a drink. Before drinking, tell the class you have a drinking problem, and poor the water on your head.
