Why Pop Up Display Stands Can be an Excellent Choice
Holding an exhibition is no easy task and because the primary objective is to attract new customers it is essential that everything goes according to plan. Presentations need to be clear and concise, interesting and appealing – it ought to go without saying that messy, disorganised and chaotic displays will not prove tempting to prospective clients.
As such, pop up display stands could very well prove to be the perfect product for any exposition as they are easily transportable and generally lightweight, suggesting that all members of an exhibiting team can pick them up and move them around at will. This means that they can be made to fit in well with the rest of the project and positioned in accordance with other stands, promoting clean lines and an overall sense of organisation and savoir-faire.

No doubt many organisations and businesses – whether they be an art trust, a company trying to sell merchandise or a charity – make use of these items to host successful exhibitions. Responsible for magazines such as Bizarre, Auto Express and Men’s Fitness, the media house has just launched Dennis Events, with the first listing on the agenda being the Bizarre Ball. Others include new acquisition the Landrover Max show and Mac User and PC Pro Awards, both of which could benefit from using such products.
“We see events as a key part of the business moving forward,” chief executive James Tye was quoted by Event Magazine as saying, adding that Dennis’s brands “continue to extend their reach in print and online”.
Mr Tye’s plans for Dennis could be improved by the use of pop up display stands and other such commodities, particularly because the company may not be particularly skilled in that sphere as of yet and these options are relatively easy to operate. Some can be assembled in under five minutes without the use of tools and, when the time comes, be packed quickly away into a wheeled case.
This in itself is a very important characteristic of pop up display stands, as it can often be the case that exhibitors are so tired at the end of a busy day that clearing up after the event can be more of a chore than is required. To be able to whisk displays away in a matter of seconds and wheel them to the waiting car must be one of the more appealing aspects of any pop up display stand.
