A natural cure not listed for bacterial vaginosis – How to get rid of BV
I am surprised that no one usually mentions this as a natural cure BV, but probiotics work beautifully to fight against the growths of yeast. Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that live in your digestive tract among others, and they help defend against bad bacteria and growths. It is very common to have more yeast infections after antibiotic treatment, because the antibiotic Probiotics and kills.
If you take a high probiotic activity (at least a few different strains and at least 20-30 billion organisms viable if not more), which should help push the yeast back quickly and keep them at bay.
After one month of this regime, it would repopulated the bacteria enough that you could take a conversation (2-5 billion organisms of some strains) to help keep the bad things probiotics away.
I heard some people like to put the yogurt in the right area to get the probiotics in the right yeast, and can also work, but it's really messy and yogurt does not approach the amount of probiotics as a supplement would.
One thing to note is that when you go from the absence of probiotics in your diet to a higher dose of them, it is common to have soft stools for the first day or two … but tapers off in the days to two or three.
