Pre Menstrual Syndrome 80 – Premenstrual Syndrome and Chinese Herbs – Angelica Root (Dong Quai)
PMS effects over 70% to 90% premenopausal women in the United States and less for women in South Asia because of their difference in life style and social structure. It is defined as the Defective function of the ovary associated with women's menstrual cycle, it performs a physical and emotional state of women, and sometimes interferes with activities daily due to hormonal fluctuations. The syndrome occurs one to two weeks before menstruation and then decreases when the period begins.
