Does anyone recognise the German textbook (used in the late eighties) which includes….?
The book seemed a bit dated when I learnt German in the late eighties. It was used for GCSE, but as I was one of first years to take GCSE’s I don’t think it could have been a GCSE textbook. It contained short senarios, and some of the memorable phrases are ‘Lisalotta ist nicht meine tochter’, ‘Lumpi ist mein hund’, ‘Ein breif nach America’ and ‘Mein schue ist kaput’. (Apologies for any spelling mistakes). I’d love to find this textbook again but what was it called?
I can’t remember the name of it, but I had it too. I don’t know if it was that one or another that contained the adventures of Murius Der Marsmensch.
