Beven Prologistix Kristen "finds workforce ready to be formed in secondary schools
Unlike other staffing organizations, 100% of ProLogistix recruiting efforts are centered around logistics. Branch staff is trained in logistics, and they include the complexities of the industry. The staff is not spending time testing and maintenance records, data entry, and construction workers. ProLogistix is fortunate to have built a reputation in the communities served as the go-to "company when seeking a job in a warehouse or distribution center.
According to Kristen Beven, an area manager with ProLogistix, "We are always in the low rate Unemployment for Atlanta. Beven concedes it is difficult to find qualified employees with experience in Power Equipment industry. Consequently, logistics specialists offer investment training to people with general experience. The company is training individuals on the attachments that offer higher paying jobs and are in demand. The world of warehousing is changing. warehouse managers have become excellent managers with their costs to competition.
