How Chinese factory visits more successful – Part Five – Multiple Factory Visits Save Money
For economic reasons and to gather further information it is advisable to visit several factories in the same area during your trip.
Win competitive knowledge-
The plants keep track of details on their competitors because of the frequent changes of managers and professionals. They usually stay in contact with colleagues before and know exactly what is happening in their old factory long after they have left.
Over the years, you will receive frequent invitations plant managers who have moved to new plants and want to find yourself as a customer. It is often a good chance to get better prices for them to buy homes.
