The Nightmare When Things Go Wrong
Are you a diabetic? Do you have a dream of smelling rotting human flesh because of being overweight with bad circulation?
I cannot stress how important it is to remove the excess fat from your body.
You lose that weight by changing your habits, bit by bit. Start to reduce your need for sugar and things that contain sugar. Your favorite hamburger has lots of sugar, salt and fats within it.
Remember the reoccuring dream, the nightmare of smelling of rotting human flesh. It is a terrible smell and when you are close to someone that has diabetes, has kidney failure, requiring dialysis three times a week and has bad circulation- you really wish he would find another world.
The prescription drug companies that manufacture drugs for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol do not really care. They make their money from sick people…they do not want you well.
May be you prefer sick? Do you prefer to feel sorry for yourself?
Some will, some wont!
The Coke Cola Company, the worlds largest and most popular soft drink company in the world, and its affiliates, have seen the light, by buying water companies, fruit, and juice companies. Mind you the fruit juice is almost as bad as the cola and soft drinks when it comes to refined carbohydrates and sugar. The fruit juice has to be a better choice than coke but both are refined carbohydrates and neither is good, especially for diabetes or people overweight.
Start eating fruit and vegetables, organic if you can. Organic means, no added chemicals, all natural. Begin by changing your eating habits, and getting the vitamins and minerals your body requires from fruit and vegetables. Eating oranges is a better option, eating an apple instead of having it refined. There is some truth in “an apple (or orange) a day keeps the doctor away”.
You must give up those sugars forever; there are no exceptions, no sugar replacement either unless it is STEVIA.
Take control of your body…..
- No more soda drinks, no more cola drinks and no more root beers EVER.
- No more cakes or breads or cookies EVER
- No more sitting at the golden arches using their WIFI anymore
