Stress Kills – How to protect yourself from its deadly effects
Chronic stress is linked to heart attacks, strokes and life altering diseases such as diabetes. Besides that, stress can cause headaches, you gain weight flare-ups of eczema, insomnia, chronic pain and pain around your waist, ulcers, indigestion, anxiety attacks and burn out. It also increases your bad cholesterol and leads to an increased risk of heart disease.
Although stress does not kill you, affect your quality of life. ages stress you faster and you achieve an early grave.
You see, stress causes your body to produce more cortisol. The stress hormone also known as the hormone death. As we age, growth hormones and other hormones decrease, while the increase in cortisol.
Cortisol increases your blood sugar in the blood. In a situation where you need to fight or run from a threat, like a caveman faces an angry bear, which comes in more useful energy for your body is ready to use. However, if the levels of sugar in the blood remains high because of high levels of cortisol, you can develop diabetes as a result.
Similarly, when blood pressure rises and blood is directed away from non-core tasks such as digestion and heart rate rises, your body is better prepared to fight or flee physical threats, However, if this is sustained over the long term, you should end up with blood pressure and heart disease.
Stress also ages you quickly.
Unfortunately, stress is part of life. Some people cope better with stress than others. Type A personality types, fire getters and perfectionists are more likely to be affected by stress advesely as they do so themselves and push themselves to the limit, both at work and play. People who are giving or working in jobs that require caregiver to give much of themselves are also subject to stress overload. The bottom line is this. After a stressful event, your body needs to relax. You must leave the cortisol decrease levels for your metabolism to return to normal, for non-critical systems such as your digestive system to function normally, your frequency heart rate less than its normal rate, to stay healthy in the long term. Take some time for yourself. Not only do you deserve, that time off is necessary for you to continue to do those things you love and to work at full capacity.
You need to relax.
Take a break. It is no partying or drinking. Take quiet time alone or with friends that you are very comfortable. Read book. Stay close to the beach. Stare at the horizon. Just do nothing.
How do I activate the urine (pee) in drinking water?
If you were stranded on a desert island with only – Wood-Matches -2 -1 Glass pots we have to work, How to turn your urine (pee) in pure drinking water? Bearing in mind there no water around! Ideas? =)
Urine can be "sterile", but it is certainly not a replacement for water (And only sterile in the bladder. It picks up contaminants on the way). Your body, even if severely dehydrated continue to use that water is available to get rid of toxins. By drinking urine, you're just eating a lot of toxins from your body will need to get rid of … with water! That's why you can not drink salt water or alcohol, or in an emergency, your body uses more water to get rid of salt and alcohol you drink.) Anyway, back to your question: You can create a distillery with these materials, and evaporation used to collect the purified water. Build a fire. Put the largest pot urine on the fire. Place the glass in the middle of the urine, and if the pan has a second flat bottom, it bang so it has a rounded bottom you need of water vapor to flow toward the center and fall into the glass. Place it on the largest pot he can trap the steam. When the urine has evaporated, you get a little water in the glass is clean. Personally, if stuck in this situation with the same materials I would use sea water before use urine if there is no sea water, I began to walk.
