How many jumbo pasta shells is one serving?
I am trying to manually break down the calorie content in a dish I made last night, but I’m unsure of exactly how many jumbo pasta shells (the kind you stuff) makes up one serving. They are so large I know there has to be an exact number. Anyone know?
If you still have the package, you can look at the nutrition facts label on the side. It says how many shells are in a serving. Same goes for everything else you used. Add everything up for one shell, and then add the number of shells you had,
Since I am missing what it was stuffed with, I couldn’t possibly guess how many calories would be in it. If I had to guess, I would say roughly 400 to 500 calories (counting the shell, some meat, cheese, and a sauce.)
