Road claims against uninsured drivers are payable by the Office of the Motor Insurers'
Motor Insurance Bureau ("MIB") was created in 1946 as an organization to process claims for compensation by motor vehicle accidents innocent victims who suffered injuries or damage to their property because of a negligent driver uninsured or unidentified.
