Put the baby (and parents) to sleep
If the child has difficulty falling asleep, it is almost certain that, after an exhausting day long working in the middle of the night, the father and mother will be constantly awakened by the baby crying.
This is be a problem for the whole family and the question is: can you do something and what should you do? Statistics show that around 25 months to 30% of infants between 6 and 12 and 20-40% of children aged 2 to 3 years have this bad habit of becoming an awakening for parents. And in most cases, the causes of this behavior are quite common and can be solved this unpleasant easily.
Slept well during the field day …
The situation should be regarded as quite normal during the first weeks, and it is very often until about six months. Parents should give time for the child to adapt and begin to understand some time references and space. During his life in the womb, the baby is usually very quiet during the day and more active at night (usually between 21 hours and midnight). Now, in the great unknown outside world, it will take some time for the baby to adapt to the new routine.
What can you do as a parent to help you adapt to the new baby? Concerning the child's biological clock, it is still possible help baby to understand some key references. A notice is for example at night to sleep baby in the dark. However, during the nap, do not close the windows and do not interrupt the home activities. In this way, the child gets used to the sound of a normal house.
Regarding meals, while meeting the demands of the baby, all fixed schedule for power (assuming a difference of about half hour). Remember that breast milk is digested faster than formula feeding – making it more likely to cause awakenings to much more frequent.
Do not fall asleep cuddling …
A habit that is acquired by the mother after the birth is rock and cuddle the baby before sleep. But as the baby grows, it will be harder and harder to fall asleep without rocking and cuddling which is already part of their bedtime ritual. And as it grows, as when the baby goes to sleep will also increase.
What to do? First thing to keep in mind is that the baby must learn to sleep alone. It does not mean that the mother should not establish a sleep ritual. Instead, the daily repetition of the same movements calm the children and helps get a good night's sleep.
Before bedtime, always fixed time, place the baby in bed awake yet awake, holding his head for a few seconds, and sing him a lullaby or play a box music and leave him to sleep alone.

My baby of six months was difficult at bedtime, wake up more often and so hard when you put him down???
First Let me start by saying that he has never cried at bedtime. We have a great routine and it usually gets in his crib, got his "Darling" (bear), the pacifier, then closes his eyes and fell right to sleep at 9:00 every night. The past week we put him to bed at 8:00 and it's great. (Eats dinner at 7:30, then bed and bathroom wakes at 5 am to nurse). Anyway, three days ago I gave him the pears and the same day we had company come in. That night he went to bed (DST) and woke up at midnight, 3:00, 5:00 and 7:00 a nurse (do not eat much at all, but only comfort care). He also would not nap every day this happened during three days. The Last night, he said and off for 1 hour in his bed when he was put to bed. He never did that. It is not even a nurse, when I proposed IT & I gave him Tylenol as well. We had to get him out of bed and let him play for another hour, then repeat the routine the night. What is Password? I thought maybe it was the pears? Please help!
This is normal. You are confused because was so sleep. They are around the age of 6 months. This will continue for about a month. You can do everything … exact same routine and so on, then what happens. It's just the way babies are. It may also be cutting teeth. Always leave him a lollipop that current studies show that it reduces the risk of SIDS. You need to do to really know. Rub your finger over his gums slowly and "feel" (no air) for teeth. BTW, if this is the case, most probably, he can do a worse crowd:) If he is teething, then get some of these teethers chilled … the hook all the more better. I'll tell you what … I think it is better to the child rather than let her cry at that age. They seem to better. Let them, "he cried" when they are over a year. I know what you think … It becomes less sleep he must be tired. You can not use this logic on the babies. Him play more useful.
