What Air Force base is best for earning a degree?

Im enlisting into the air force for security forces. I would like to get my criminal justice degree. But I heard there are long hours for SF. So i would like a nice and not so active base to study and take classes when im off. Any suggestions?

i think that as security forces you are always going to be busy lol…i am stationed in south dakota and it is my first base, but everyone around me says that it is the best place to work on college…it is extremely slow……
