I have a sweater with 10% rabbit hair?
Ok, I bought this sweater on pretty expensive store in my opinion and today when I washed it, I see the tag saying it “60% cotton, 20% nylon and 10% rabbit hair”. I even don’t know what to say and do, because if a store selling this sweaters with 10% rabbit hair, those poor rabbits dye or something to be my sweater.
I’m really worried.
Beside this one sweater I bought more 1 sweater, that is also made of rabbit hair.
JEEZ!!! it sounds like no one here has herd of ANGORA RABBITS. They are raised for fur like SHEEP ARE FOR WOOL.
is it lined in fur? then they killed the rabbit for that. Otherwise they didnt kill the rabbit, they used Angora Rabbit hair which they harvest the same as a sheep. Rabbit hair is less scratchy and very expensive. SO if there is no fur pelt on your sweater then relax its just sheared rabbit fur from an long haired variety.
