What do you think i should about her health?

My baby is 12 months old, 2 months adjusted, she has not started crawling, standing or walking. She smiles alot, bears weight on her leg while standing with support. She follows moving object well. Her height is ok and she weighs about 12kg. Do you think i should be worried, or is she just being lazy, or do you think her weight could be a problem? Pls your answers will be most appreciated. I have been reading all your post about your daughter she sounds a lot like my son. My son was born at 40 weeks but still not pulling up to sitting position, he can sit really good once placed in sitting. He does not crawl or get up on all 4′s. We have had an MRI a blood work done all coming back normal. He in the 95% for height and 50% for weight. He has been diagnosed with hypotonia and sensory disturbance( does not used his hands much can’t switch an object from hand to hand or even but his binky in his mouth) He loves to stand with support. He says mama dada baba nana and some other things but does not know what they mean. He is globally delayed and I’m praying he will catch up hes making progress slowly. People tell me all the time to enjoy my son its so hard to when I’m worried sick about him. I just wanted to let you know I have seen just about as many people I can for an answer and have not got one, only time will tell. The doctors just tell me they are not sure why hes behind and there not sure if he will catch up but they don’t see a reason why he would not.
