Our neighbor throw putrid animal/pee water out into our alley everyday. Is there anything we can do about it?
To clarify… she mops constantly because their animals pee all over their house. Then she throws the water into the alley which then runs into our yard. It’s completely disgusting. She could easily just throw it in her own grass, etc.
ummmm…tell them to stop, if they don’t, contact the authorities.
