What is the process for permanent green card holder to file for unemployment? Do they need to submit a copy of their green cards?
And how does Virginia Employment Commission confirm immigration status? Or just submitting SSN to cross-matched your identity with Social security administration?
If your SSC is “Valid for work only with DHS authorization” then you must submit a copy of your Green Card.
