Ok first off the first tattoo is a celtic symbol that means a lot to me because I am celtic! And the second one I love care bear I have and always will and they a a meaning to me.
I’d go with the celtic design on your shoulder blade, because a care bear would not always look good in certain situations (formal type dress, etc.). I’d put the care bear somewhere else.
Remember, it’s what means something to you, not what other ppl think.
