NFL mock draft 2010, Rounds 1 and 2: Where will Carlos Dunlap fall?
2010, Rounds 1 and 2 "> 2010 Draft Mock of the NFL, Series 1 and 2
Only four-and-a half months until the highly anticipated 2010 the NFL draft.
Can you feel excitement in the air, or you're too busy to feel the holiday mood?
As usual, I'll update my mock draft each week.
Without further ado, we'll get him!
1. Browns Cleveland-Jimmy Clausen, Quarterback, Notre Dame
Okay, Let's Get on the fact that both Brady Quinn and Jimmy Clausen went to Notre Dame. This does not mean they are almost exactly the same quarter.
The perception that Clausen is a Quinn 2.0 is not fair and just watch stupid decision.
Jimmy Clausen is a little better than quarterback Jake Locker is. Clausen has had to go up against some of the best colleges in the entire college football.
2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Ndamukong Suh, defensive tackle, Nebraska
I received some criticism for this choice because people think that Tampa Bay is taking Suh just good old.
Then what?
If you want the best player available, you take Suh. It will be a perfect fit for their system, and go well with Roy Miller on the defensive line.
I do not see Tampa Bay is any other way, but with the phenomenon of Nebraska.
3. St. Louis Rams-Jake Locker, quarterback, Washington
Kyle Boller is great! Have you seen the game that he had Sunday? Pleasant, it is always terrible.
If St. Louis does not draft a quarterback in the first round, I will personally lead in Missouri set fire to the houses of people who took the decision.
Jake Locker has a big arm, size, and all the tools that are necessary to be a great quarterback the NFL.
Now if he had weapons to throw to … Well, there are cycles 2-7, I guess.
4. Detroit Lions-Gerald McCoy, defensive tackle, Oklahoma
Normally, I Russell Okung go here, but for some reason the Lions' coach offensive line, George Yarno, said he liked the way Jeff Backus played recently.
I guess giving up 7.5 sacks to 11 games is acceptable. But then again, Detroit has won only two games in the last two seasons!
Gerald McCoy is a stud, no doubt. Detroit will love to have this kind of dominion over their defensive line. Do not be surprised if it ends up being the defensive rookie of the year next season.
5. Kansas City Chiefs Russell Okung, blocker, Oklahoma State
Kansas City will not successfully launch the ball, if they can not keep Matt Cassel on his feet.
In nine games played, Branden Albert has already submitted nine sacks. What happened to man!?
Russell Okung is a must-Pick selection. It is easily the best offensive tackle in the nation. Kansas City would be fools if they not made that choice.
6. Washington Redskins-Sam Bradford, Quarterback, Oklahoma
Daniel Snyder likes to go after the big players names. Albert Haynesworth, DeAngelo Hall, Clinton Portis, Brian Orakpo and example?
Jason Campbell can never succeed in the NFL, especially not with the Redskins Washington.
It is done.
arm of Sam Bradford will be fine by the time the combine rolls. He impresses scouts, propelling him into the top 10.
7. Buffalo Bills Ryan Mallett, Quarterback, Arkansas
The likes of Rolando McClain, Dan Williams, and Eric Berry sound intriguing, but the fact of the matter is that the Bills have two quarters terrible on their list of Ryan Fitzpatrick and Trent Edwards.
Seriously, this team does not expect to win five more games next year with either of these two at the helm? I hope not.
Ryan Mallett has had a great season and Arkansas. Is he joining the No. 7? Maybe. But Buffalo needs a QB Ryan Mallett needs and Buffalo.
8. Oakland Raiders-Rolando McClain, Inside Linebacker, Alabama
Maybe not the greatest need, but when you think about Kirk Morrison is to be a free agent when the season comes to an end.
Rolando McClain had a monster game in the SEC Championship against the Florida Gators, that cemented his status as first choice-10.
Al Davis, if your brain has not already turned into dust, McClain project. You will not regret not.
9. Denver Broncos-Dan Williams, Nose Tackle, Tennessee
Dan Williams is rising rapidly advice in the draft in recent weeks. He had a great season with the Volunteers this year.
Denver does not face big nose. Ronald Fields? Does not cut it. A player like Williams.
10. San Francisco 49ers Carolina-Eric Berry, safety, Tennessee
You get off at either Eric Berry and Joe Haden with this selection. I'll give you the Berry 49ers, though.
Berry is considered as the best athlete overall the whole project? Why not? This Guy is the best security out in a long time.
11. Seattle Seahawks-Bruce Campbell, blocker, Maryland
The Seahawks offensive line has many holes to be filled by new talent. Max Unger has been a good choice in the draft in 2009.
Jones Walter missed the entire season. Despite his intention to play in 2010, Jones is no longer starting material.
Bruce Campbell is what the Seahawks need. They will not regret this choice.
12. San Francisco 49ers-Joe Haden, cornerback, Florida
I know it sounds crazy. Joe Haden and Eric Berry with first two picks? Let me explain why.
San Francisco is one of the worst secondary in the league, to begin. Eric Berry and Joe Haden, the 49ers have automatically one of the best secondary in the league.
They could trade one of these two choices for the first time in 2011, or trade Nate Clements for a second or third round pick.
13. Houston Texans-Taylor Mays, security, USC
Taylor Mays under this measure would be great for the Texans. They need help in the secondary.
Eugene Wilson will not do the work for education Houston secondary. Mays can intervene immediately and dominate.
Mays and Bernard Pollard would make a great duo at safety.
14. Tennessee Titans-Donovan Warren, cornerback, Michigan
Nick Harper is far ahead of his first. The result of the terrible Titans secondary, because it does can not cover shit.
His contract expires at the end of the season. Unless the Titans are stupid, they will let him walk.
Donovan Warren will one day an entry if it the project.
15. Pittsburgh Steelers, Earl Thomas, safety, Texans
Troy Polamalu was injured often. When he left, the Steelers are terrible. This shows how one can be human.
However, Polamalu needs a Partner with the secondary.
Ryan Clark and Tyrone Carter are both free agents when the season is over. Earl Thomas can replace those two guys.
16. Williams in New York Jets, Damien, wide receiver, USC
Damian Williams has not had the biggest game against Arizona last weekend, but nobody really at USC.
Braylon Edwards has dropped several key passages of this year once again. New York can let him go after this year.
In conclusion, Mark Sanchez will want a new target. His former teammate sounds perfect.
17. Atlanta Falcons-Brandon Graham, defensive end, Michigan
Atlanta is one of the worst teams in the league pressure to build the quarterback.
Atlanta does not have defensive end on the opposite side of aging Jonathan Abraham.
Jamaal Anderson has been a bust so far. Brandon Graham will step in to take its place.
18. Miami Dolphins-Terrence Cody, Nose Tackle, Alabama
Terrence Cody has slipped because of delays the fact that Dan Williams has exceeded the No. 1 spot opposite the nose.
Jason Ferguson turns 34 soon, and his contract expires in March. Miami will need a replacement.
19. Baltimore Ravens-Dez Bryant, wide receiver, Oklahoma State
The Ravens have very few targets to attack. Derrick Mason will probably hang it after this season is over. Keep in mind, it already retired once.
Dez Bryant, despite the absence of most of the season for the Cowboys, will be a choice of top-20 with a combine harvester strong.
Joe Flacco needs weapons. He will get a great Bryant.
20. New York Giants-Brandon Spikes, linebacker East, Florida
Antonio Pierce is out for the season. Without speaking, he is near the end of his illustrious career with the Giants.
New York has a few needs on defense they need to fix. East is the largest linebacker.
Brandon Spikes has been dominant with the Gators University. It will be dominant with the Giants in the NFL.
21. Jacksonville, Tim Tebow, Quarterback, Florida
It appears that the Jaguars Editor's Tim Tebow is almost inevitable at this point. When the Governor started talking about him, he will probably occur.
Tebow has said he will play any position of a team in the NFL likes. Will it be at quarterback? Doubtful. But it is absolutely stellar in the Wildcat formation.
22. England Patriots New CJ Spiller, Running Back, Clemson
How can have Tom Brady, Randy Moss, Wes Welker, and CJ Spiller on a team to be fair? It should not.
Laurence Maroney is the definition of inconsistent. Fred Taylor will never be again. Sammy Morris a decent third string running back.
Spiller is a dynamic playmaker who is difficult to stop.
23. Packers Green Bay-Charles Brown, offensive tackle, USC
Green Bay Aaron Rodgers is hit on almost every dropback guy takes. This is absurd
They need serious help if they expect Rodgers continues to be injury-free for a long period.
Charles Brown is the ideal choice for the regime Packers offensive line.
24. Davis-Dallas Cowboys Anthony Blocker, Rutgers
Flozell Adams is likely to retire soon. It is near the end of his career and, of course, physical deterioration.
Jerry Jones will generally after big names, but Anthony Davis, although not a great name, is the ideal choice for the Cowboys.
25. Mike Eagles-IUPAT Philadelphia, Offensive Guard, Idaho
Andy Reid loves big offensive lineman. Reid actually drafted a guard in the middle the first round six years ago. This guard was Shawn Andrews.
So far, Andrews has been a bust. Just chalk a great idea which did not pan.
IUPAT Mike is a great choice for the Eagles here.
26. Seattle Seahawks at Denver Jahvid Best, Running Back, California
Jahvid Best will be available at the time to roll, that is unless he has a great combine.
Forseti Justin showed signs of stardom this year, but even with that he plays very well, Jim Mora Jr. said Julius Jones will start on him on his return from injury.
27. Arizona Cardinals-Jermaine Gresham, Tight end, Oklahoma
Can you appoint the Arizona Cardinals tight end from now? I doubt it. Anthony Becht and Ben Patrick have split time this year.
Jermaine Gresham is miles better than these two. Its stock dropped obviously because he missed his entire senior season.
However, another will Grehsam Kurt Warner throwing weapon, unless Warner retires.
28. Cincinnati Bengals-Ras-I Dowling, FS / CB, Virginia
Cincinnati not have many needs, so they go for depth in an area they could use it in.
Morgan Trent as the nickel corner is not working not. In his rookie season, Ras-I Dowling will be able to play many minutes in the nickel.
29. San Diego Chargers Toby Gerhart, Running Back, Stanford
I will probably get torn from limb from limb for Toby Gerhart go in the first round of the draft.
The main reason why it is not an option under the first round because he is a white running back. This is like to see the New Jersey Nets win a game of basketball: it rarely happens.
Toby Gerhart is a difficult runner, physical, and intelligent. I do not see why San Diego should not the project.
30. Minnesota Vikings Travis Lewis, outside linebacker, Oklahoma
Have not changed in my mind less. If Travis Lewis is there, the Vikings can and will choose it.
With EJ Henderson for the year, the linebackers Minnesota will have to step it up more than ever. If Lewis had, they would worry nonexistent.
This is not a linebacker, but Ben Leber may Henderson never be so injured again.
31. Barksdale Indianapolis Colts Joseph blocker, LSU
Charlie Johnson will become a free agent when the season comes to an end. Indy will have a replacement for him.
The Colts will actually have a few needs when This season is over, despite the fact that they are perfect for the moment.
Joseph Barksdale is not a household name, but you hear him more than the coming months ahead.
32. New Orleans Saints, Sean Weatherspoon, outside linebacker, Missouri
New Orleans has a few needs on defense, especially in the group of linebackers.
Sean Weatherspoon is good value for the resumption family in the first round. New Orleans would be foolish to pass this type.
Round 2:
33. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Greg Hardy, defensive end, Ole Miss
34. St. Louis Rams Carlos Dunlap, defensive end from Florida
35. Cleveland Browns-Jonathan Dwyer Running Back, Georgia Tech
36. Williams Detroit Lions-Trent, blocker, Oklahoma
37. Kansas City Chiefs, Allen Bailey, defensive lineman, Miami
38. Washington Redskins-Jason Fox, offensive tackle, Miami
39. Oakland Raiders-Everson Griffen, defensive end, USC
40. Buffalo Bills-Vince Oghobaase, defensive tackle, Duke
41. Pike Carolina Panthers Tony, Quarterback, Cincinnati
42. Seattle Seahawks-Colt McCoy, Quarterback, Texas
43. Hughes San Francisco 49ers Jerry, defensive end and outside linebacker, TCU
44. Houston Texans Arthur Jones, defensive lineman, Syracuse
45. Patriots New England from the Tennessee-Brandon Tate, the receiver, Notre Dame
46. Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Chicago Arrelious Benn, the receiver in Illinois
47. New York Jets-Jared Odrick, defensive lineman, Penn State
48. Kansas City from Atlanta-von Miller defensive end / outside linebacker, Texas A & M
49. Miami Dolphins Florida, Nate Allen, safety, South
50. Baltimore Ravens-Kareem Jackson Cornerback, Alabama
51. Pittsburgh Steelers-Mitch Petrus, Guard, Arkansas
52. New York Giants Brandon Ghee, defensive back, Wake Forest
53. Neal Patriots New England and Mike, defensive lineman, Puru
54. New England Patriots-Jacksonville Patrick Robinson, cornerback, Florida State
55. Dallas Cowboys-Morgan Burnett, safety, Georgia Tech
56. Green Bay Packers, Sergio Kindle, defensive end / outside linebacker, Texas
57. Denver Broncos-Javier Arenas, corner kick returner /, Alabama
58. Sapp Arizona Ricky-Cardinals, defensive end and outside linebacker, Clemson
59. Philadelphia Eagles-Jeremy Beal, defensive end, Oklahoma
60. Marshawn Gilyard, Cincinnati Bengals, Reciever Wide / kick returner, Cincinnati
. 61 San Diego Chargers-Marvin Austin, defensive tackle, North Carolina
62. Minnesota Vikings-Jevan Snead, Quarterback, Ole Miss
63. Washington Indianapolis Colts, Daryl, Inside Linebacker, TCU
64. The New Orleans Saints, Brian Price, defensive tackle, UCLA
Bleacher Report publishes the best Minnesota Vikings newsletter on the Internet.
Who do you seriously think that will run in 2008??
For the Democrats: Former senator from North Carolina Senator John Edwards of New York Hillary Rodham Clinton, former Vice President Al Gore, Senator John Kerry of Massachusetts, Delaware Senator Joe Biden, retired General Wesley Clark Democratic National Chairman Howard Dean New Mexico, Bill Richardson, governor of South Dakota Senator Tom Daschle Former Wisconsin Senator Russ Feingold Former Virginia Governor Mark Warner Ohio Congress Dennis Kucinich Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack, for the Republicans: Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Senator John McCain of Arizona Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, Governor Jeb Bush of Florida Senator Bill Frist of Tennessee, Virginia Senator George Allen, Vice President Dick Cheney to New York Governor George Pataki Mitt Romney Massachusetts Governor of Arkansas Governor Huckabee Senator Mike Sam Brownback of Kansas for the Green Party: ME!
Clinton and Edwards a good sound. Kerry is a lame candidate, Al Gore is as much a joke as Bush, and I do not know that the rest are. Giuliani would be cool, I could easily see him win the presidential election (hmm maybe their plan all along?). Condoleezza? It is like Bush, but I probably would not complain because a black president of the women is progressive.
