Does anyone have a copykat recipe for Rosie’s Mexican ground beef taco meat?

I would love to make taco meat like they do in restaurants (the stuff without the sauce – just the seasoned ground beef).

Rosie’s Mexican Restaurants (here in the South) has an excellent one that can also be used in making enchilada’s as well.

I love taco meat too without all the sauce. I prefer not to use the taco seasoning which has way too much salt. I use this meat for all types of Mexican inspired recipes but do not have them posted yet. I use this meat for taco salads, tacos, enchiladas, quesedillas, taquitos, nachos, etc.. Try my recipe:
