How do I add a date stamp to photos that have already been downloaded?

I have no photoshop or anything like that on my computer. I have 27 photos that I have to add a date stamp to, and none of them have one. Please help me.

Use MS paint to do that.

Open picture with MS Paint.

Use the TextEditor to add date.

Save
